RCN Corporation has announced that it has launched RTVi and RTVi Plus to its subscribers in Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Philadelphia. RTVi and RTVi Plus are two Russian-language programming provided by RTVi in the U.S that brings programming that includes news, comedy and drama shows, talk shows, game shows, movies and documentaries, sports, concerts, and children targeting Russian-speaking audiences. Both these channels are already launched in the New York market.

Based on the success of RTVi and RTVi Plus airing on RCN in New York, we’re excited to extend coverage of the channels to our Russian subscribers in Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Philadelphia.”
