Discovery Channel To launch Freeview channel in UK

Discovery is ready to launch free-to-air Free view in high-definition in United Kingdom in 2009. The entertainment channel had entered a partnership with Sky in December 2007 to enter into UK markets. Discovery Channel has acquired capacity on multiplex A, which is operated by ITV subsidiary SDN.
