DirecTV Launches Local HD Channels in Fort Smith, Arkansas

DirecTV has launched local HD channels on Thursday, Nov. 6, to its subscribers in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. DirecTV subscribers in Fort Smith with an H20 or H21 HD receiver or an HR20 or HR21 DIRECTV Plus HD DVR and a Ka/Ku band dish will receive following broadcast channels in high-definition:

KFSM/CBS

KHBS/ABC

KNWA/NBC and

KFTA/FOX

DirecTV now has added local HD channels in 109 cities and planning to deliver in more cities before the year end.
