Comcast To Launch Eight New HD Channels in Knoxville, Tennessee

Comcast has announced the schedule to launch of 12 new high-definition channels in Knoxville, Tennessee, and its now Chattanooga subscribers to receive bunch of new high-definition channel. Comcast will launch nine new HD channels by end of October. Following are the new HD channels scheduled to be launched:
CNN HD
ABC Family HD
AMC HD
Disney HD
FOX News HD
FX HD
Science HD and
Speed HD
Mike Trueblood, vice president for Comcast’s northern Colorado area said “In the areas that we’ve upgraded … we run the same HD lineup that we have in Denver or Boulder or any of the other communities, As we go through the city and we’re within 30 days of being in the neighborhood you’re in, you’ll receive a mailing from Comcast.”
